Helping women have a more enjoyable pregnancy and postpartum experience is my passion.

Having experienced two pregnancies, the first with monthly massage treatment and the second without, I know without a doubt that massage allowed me to have a more enjoyable first pregnancy experience than the second pregnancy. Which is why I decided to get advanced training in prenatal and postpartum massage therapy.

A 2008 graduate of the Everest College Massage Program, I have 15+ years experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I spent my first 10 years in the most amazing chiropractic office. There I gained an abundance of knowledge of the body beyond what I learned in massage school and really honed my skills and specialty in deep tissue/treatment massage. Since then, I have discovered my love and passion for perinatal massage. As a mom and massage therapist, I have firsthand experience with the benefits of perinatal massage. I need to share this with other mothers/mothers-to-be.

I am a natural nurturer and passionate about massage as an alternative approach to healing. I am dedicated to helping my clients heal through the power of touch.

I continue my education to bring the most up-to-date information and treatments

to my practice. I have completed advanced training in

pre-, perinatal and postpartum massage.
